Stepless variable speed adjustment of adhesive output: The adhesive is supplied by a gear pump, and the speed of the motor is adjusted by a stepless frequency converter, which can accurately control the amount of adhesive and ensure precise use.

Intelligent protection for main motor operation: When the temperature of the heating plate does not reach the lower limit temperature, the main motor cannot operate, and equipment protection should be strengthened.

Rubber bucket glue quantity indicator: A sensor is installed below the main cylinder, which outputs an alarm signal when the PUR glue is used up, making it easy to replace in a timely manner.

Frame style body structure: modular design of the entire machine components, easy to maintain and upkeep.

Easy to operate: touch buttons, human-machine interface, simple and convenient operation.

Accurate temperature control: The self checking P.I.D temperature control system can accurately control the temperature to ± 0.5 ℃, effectively saving energy consumption.

Rapid curing: Compared to traditional hot melt glue machines, PUR hot melt glue machines can quickly cure PUR hot melt glue. In the production process, this means that the product can enter the next process faster, greatly improving production efficiency. Taking the packaging industry as an example, using PUR hot melt glue machine for carton packaging, the PUR hot melt glue machines can solidify in a short time, making the carton quickly formed and facilitating subsequent handling and storage, greatly improving the operating speed of the packaging assembly line.

Progressive heating and melting: The heating plate is located above the adhesive, and only the upper layer of adhesive contacts the heating plate during heating, causing the upper layer of PUR adhesive to reach the melting point and melt first. The lower part of the adhesive is not heated and melted as needed to avoid prolonged heating, aging, and deterioration of PUR adhesive.

Glue and air isolation: There is an O-ring seal between the heating plate and the inner wall of the glue bucket, and the melted liquid glue does not come into contact with air, meeting the requirements for the use of PUR glue.

Teflon protective layer: The outer surface of the heating plate is coated with Teflon coating, which is easy to remove the glue on top, prevent glue carbonization, ensure the effectiveness of PUR glue use, and reduce blockage of the glue delivery system.
